In our effort to offer the latest technology to our dental patients, we at Edwards Family Dentistry are proud to offer teeth straightening using SureSmile Aligners.  These aligners are for patients who require mild to moderate tooth movement to obtain a natural looking smile. They can also be an excellent alternative for adults who wish to straighten their teeth discreetly.  This is because the system uses a series of custom-made, computer generated, clear plastic aligners to straighten your smile rather than metal brackets and wires. 

During your consult appointment, we will determine if you are a good candidate for this treatment.  The planning is comfortable and quick using our digital scanner to create virtual models of your existing teeth and jaw bones.  Each set of aligners produced from the digital models is designed to make small changes to the alignment of your teeth.  Your teeth will be gradually guided into their final positions as you switch sets of aligners about every two weeks. You will also visit our office on a regular basis during treatment so that we can monitor your progress.
